Structure Analysis

Compared with other types of sand washing machine, LSX Series Sand Washer structure design has make some changes in order to obtain better sand washing effect. The machine adopts inclination of 15° , under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool, this machine have three functions of washing, dewatering, classifying. The function upgrade sand washing machine is more complete and it must be worthy of customers' trust.

Sand Washing Process Detailes

the first stage--washing

Put sand into the sediment pool through the feeding box, acting by rotating screw blade, the sand is turning and rolling and grinding each and every other to eliminate impurity and water-air layer close to sand to facilitate de-water. The fresh eater increasing present from the porous plate carry foreign matter to water surface and overflow the weir plate and the last step is to finish washing process.

the second stage--watering

According to the principle of Physics, sand whose density large sink to the bottom, the screw blade push this sand upwards, when passing by way of upper tub of appropriate length above water degree, the water is draining into sediment pool from a further drainage ditch, the de-watered sand is out through the discharging opening.

the third stage--classifying

This link is the last step and it is also very important, sand classifying is realized by overflowing the non-needed fines, the controlling method is adjusting height of overflowing weir and adjusting speed of screw.

Operational Principle

The electric motor runs slowly with the impellor just after decelerated through the belt, decelerator and gears wheel. The sand and stone flow into washing launder from feeding launder, rolls with the impellor, and grinds each other. The impurity covering the sand is washing away. Firstly, water is removed from your sand and stone; Secondly, the water can be thoroughly used. Thirdly, the sand and stone goes for the out launder in the rotary impellor to finish the washing undertaking.
